Join Saloni and Anna, both Registered Therapeutic Counsellors and Expressive Arts Therapists, for our intimate monthly group. We'll use art, writing, mindfulness, and movement to explore and deepen our understanding of ourselves. This isn't just about self-care - it's about genuine self-discovery. We'll discuss real issues and support one another through the challenges women face. No art experience needed, all supplies provided.
