A Therapy Space Shaped Around You

Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Some sessions are creative and hands-on, others are quiet, reflective, or purely conversation-based. Whether you’re seeking short-term support or a longer, deeper process, we’ll move at your pace — guided by what feels most helpful in the moment.

I work with:

  • Adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, creative blocks, midlife transitions, or the impact of emotionally immature caregivers

  • Teens and emerging adults exploring identity, emotional overwhelm, school pressure, or masking

  • Parents seeking support for themselves or their child

  • Elders and seniors reconnecting with creativity or navigating life changes

  • Younger clients (ages 6 and up) for clay-based expressive therapy, when appropriate for their needs and family goals

Individual Counselling
60 minutes – $150 | 90 minutes – $190
This is a dedicated time for you to talk, reflect, and be heard. Sessions are rooted in evidence-based counselling approaches, tailored to your needs and goals. While most sessions stay in conversation, we can integrate creative elements like clay, art, writing, or Internal Family Systems (IFS) if they feel supportive for your process.

Expressive Arts Therapy
60 minutes – $180 | 90 minutes – $225

Expressive Arts Therapy weaves counselling with creative exploration to help you access insight, release stress, and connect more deeply with yourself. Sessions may include clay, painting, movement, writing, or other art forms — always guided by your needs and comfort level. No art skills are required, and all materials are provided. This is a supportive space to process life’s challenges, spark creativity, and reconnect with your authentic self.

IFS-Based Therapy (Online Only)
Available starting September 2025
60 minutes – $150 | 90 minutes – $190

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps you understand, befriend, and unburden the different “parts” of yourself — such as the inner critic, the perfectionist, the anxious one, or the part that shuts down.

This process can be especially helpful if you:

  • Feel stuck in patterns or cycles

  • Struggle with strong inner critics or perfectionism

  • Carry trauma, emotional triggers, or unresolved grief

  • Experience anxiety, overwhelm, or deep self-doubt

  • Want to know yourself on a deeper level

Sessions are talk-based, paced by you, and can include creative tools if they feel supportive.

Art Club for Seniors
Gentle, creative sessions designed for older adults — no art experience needed. These gatherings encourage connection, joy, and self-expression, and can be adapted for cognitive or physical accessibility.
