Individual Counselling
60 minutes – $150 | 90 minutes – $190
This is a dedicated time for you to talk, reflect, and be heard. Sessions are rooted in evidence-based counselling approaches and tailored to your needs and goals. Many sessions stay in conversation, while others may draw on creative tools like clay, art, or writing if they feel supportive.
As an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, I also bring a gentle, structured way of exploring your inner world. IFS helps you meet the different “parts” of yourself — such as the critic, the anxious one, or the part that longs for rest — with curiosity and compassion. This approach opens space for clarity, growth, and meaningful change.
Expressive Arts Therapy
60 minutes – $180 | 90 minutes – $225
Expressive Arts Therapy invites you into a creative process where imagination becomes a pathway to healing, clarity, and transformation. Drawing on the pioneering work of Paolo Knill and Stephen K. Levine, this approach is not about making art for display — it’s about entering a space where movement, image, sound, and words can give form to what is often beyond language.
Each session is a dialogue between you, your inner world, and the creative process itself. Sometimes clay, paint, or writing becomes the doorway; other times it is silence, gesture, or play. Together, we follow the thread of creativity with sensitivity and curiosity, allowing what needs to be expressed to surface safely.
This work is different from talk therapy. It is embodied, immersive, and often surprising — opening new ways of seeing and experiencing yourself. Because it involves dedicated materials, setup, and an art studio designed for exploration, these sessions are usually longer, more spacious, and deeply tailored to the process unfolding in the moment.
Expressive Arts Therapy is especially valuable if you:
Feel “stuck” or disconnected from yourself
Want to explore beyond words — into image, sound, or movement
Carry grief, trauma, or transitions that are hard to name
Long to reconnect with creativity, vitality, and imagination
Seek not only relief, but growth and transformation
You don’t need any art experience. What matters is curiosity and willingness. The focus is never on the final product, but on the process — where resilience, insight, and healing can emerge.
