What I Offer
Therapy with me is shaped by what you bring — and what you need. Some sessions are creative and hands-on. Others are quiet, reflective, or talk-based.
Whether you’re looking for short-term support or a deeper process, we’ll move at your pace.
I work with:
Teens, adults, and elders
Neurodivergent and neurotypical clients
Individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, parenting, identity, ADHD, or emotionally immature caregivers
Parents seeking therapy for themselves or support for their child
Sessions are available online across Canada or in person at my Burnaby studio, in English, Russian, or Hebrew.
Individual Therapy (Teens & Adults)
60 minutes – $150
90 minutes – $190
This is a space just for you. Some sessions may stay in conversation, while others may integrate creative tools like art, clay, writing, or Internal Family Systems (IFS) — depending on what feels right.
Expressive Arts Therapy Session
Same rates as above:

If you’re curious about using creativity to explore, heal, or reconnect with yourself, this is a space to try. We might use art, clay, movement, or imagery to support insight, release, and clarity — no art skills needed, just openness.

IFS-Based Therapy (Online)
60 minutes – $150
90 minutes – $190
Starting September 2025, upon completion of Level 1
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle, evidence-based therapy that helps you explore the different “parts” of yourself — like the inner critic, the anxious one, the perfectionist, or the part that shuts down. These parts aren't problems to get rid of — they formed for a reason, often to protect you.
At the heart of IFS is the belief that everyone has a core Self — a calm, compassionate inner presence that can support and heal the parts that carry pain, fear, or old burdens.
In an IFS session, we’ll slow down and notice which parts are showing up in your life. We’ll meet them with curiosity instead of judgment. Over time, this process brings more inner clarity, balance, and self-trust.
IFS is especially helpful for:
feeling overwhelmed or stuck in cycles
strong inner critics or perfectionism
unresolved trauma or emotional triggers
anxiety, grief, or deep self-doubt
a desire to better understand yourself
Sessions are talk-based and guided at your pace. Art or creative tools can be used if you’d like — but they’re not required.
Available online via Zoom.
Art Club for Seniors
For care homes or independent living communities, I offer gentle, creative art sessions designed for older adults.
These groups foster connection, joy, and self-expression — no prior experience needed.
Sessions can be tailored to cognitive and physical accessibility needs.
